从事乳品质量与安全、食品安全检测技术及便携检测装置研发等方面的科研工作,参与国家重点研发计划项目,国家自然科学基金面上项目,国家自然科学基金委员会与英国皇家学会合作交流项目等项目10余项。共发表SCI论文20余篇,包括SCI一区14篇,单篇IF大于10的8篇,ESI高被引论文2篇。 申请发明专利12项, 在国内外学术会议上做报告3次,发表会议论文5篇。
