从事乳品质量与安全、食品安全检测技术相关基础及应用研究,目前主持国家自然科学基金、黑龙江省自然科学基金、东北农业大学学术骨干人才项目等8项,参与国家重点研发计划项目,国家自然科学基金委员会与英国皇家学会合作交流项目、黑龙江省重大成果产业化项目等10余项。近年来发表论文50余篇,包括Advanced Functional Materials、Analytical Chemistry、Biosensors and Bioelectronics、ACS Sensors、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food Chemistry、Coordination Chemistry Reviews、Advances in Colloid and Interface Science、Trends in Food Science & Technology、Trends in Analytical Chemistry等SCI一区30余篇,单篇IF>10的18篇,ESI高被引论文7篇。申请/授权发明专利18项, 在国内外学术会议上报告/主持15次,发表会议论文8篇。
